New to Hard-Style? Monday, Wednesday, and Friday Morning is for you! These classes are geared to anyone new to kettlebell training. These classes will focus on proper form and execution of the basic kettlebell exercises, especially the swing. Fear not, you won’t be a beginner for long, before you know it, you’ll be rockin’ the bells with the more seasoned (ahem, crazy) kids. In the meantime, bring your game face, water and a towel because you’re going to sweat. Bad…and you’re going to love it.

Before long, you’ll experience the “what the heck” effect. It’s that little extra something that magically affects everything you do. It’s that extra lap you couldn’t run 2 weeks ago, that feeling of not being out of breath after a couple flights of stairs or not dying in that Yoga class you’ve been putting off. Functional movement = functional strength, the strength you use in your every day life..it almost seems too practical…
